Family holiday in the Rhön!
Our apartment on the top floor is located in the idyllic climatic health resort in Tann Hesse in the heart of the stunning UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Rhön.

Holiday in the Rhön means pure nature. The city Tann is a health resort in the midst of the Biosphere Reserve Rhön. Walks with the family or friends, a games evening together or a walking tour of the city Tann.
The house is located on the mountainside above the town Tann, so that one of the dormer window in the living room has an unforgettable view over the Ulstertal and Kuppenrhön. Our apartment is family- and child-friendly and can accommodate 2-7 persons. It is ideal for families or couples.
Living room with south-balcony:
From the living room you have access to the balcony where you can enjoy sunbathing in warm weather.
In the entertainment sector can on the couch your cozy movie night enjoy (SAT-TV, Apple TV with Netflix).
Kitchen:
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a stove with oven, a microwave with grill and hot air function and a fridge-freezer.
3 bedrooms:
1. Room (2 people): Double bed, direct access to the bathroom and views of the hillside and forest.
. 2 Room (2-3 persons): Double bed + sofa bed.
. 3 Room (2 persons): bedroom with 2 single beds.
2 Bathrooms:
A bathroom (with shower) is directly from. 1 Bedroom used.
The other bathroom (with bath) can be reached from the hallway.
Sheets and towels are not included in the rental price and must be brought.
Linen can be provided additionally for 8 € / person and towels for 2.5 € / person for the rental available.

Wir haben die goldene Mitte fur ein Treffen mit Freunden gewählt und die Wohnung war wunderbar dafür geeignet. Ein wunderbarer Ausblick, der Esstisch groß genug und eine bequeme Sofaecke haben und eine gute Zeit beschert. Auch ein wenig Spielsachen und ausreichend Platz für die kleinsten Gäste ist da. Nur die Küche ist für größere Kochvorhaben zu klein, aber man kann ja auch im Ort essen gehen oder einfach Nudeln kochen. Insgesamt alles sehr zufriedenstellend!

Großzügiger Wohn- und Essbereich mit Wahnsinnsausblick! Gemütliche Fernsehecke inklusive DVD-Player und Schaukelstuhl. iPad, WLAN und Apple TV mit Netflix-Account vorhanden. Große Spielesammlung garantiert kurzweilige Abende.
Gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt, vorhanden … und mehr.
Bequeme und große Betten.
2 Bäder, für 7 Personen sehr entspannt.
Ruhige Hanglage, umgeben von Wald und Wiesen. Möglichkeit zur Wanderung auf idyllischen Wegen in Wald und Bergen. Supermarkt in 3 Fahrminuten zu erreichen.
Unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme mit Vermieter. Faire Preise, angemessene Konditionen.
Insgesamt waren wir super glücklich, die Wohnung gefunden zu haben. Für unsere Gruppe von 7 Personen war sie vom Platzangebot und der Ausstattung perfekt geeignet. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

Wir hatten natürlich das Glück, einen Supersommer zu treffen, aber die Wohnung hat erheblich dazu beigetragen: alles war sehr sauber, fantastische Aussicht, sehr schöne Räume, und es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen!
