Lighthouse By The Cove

I like that the location was within 1 mile of the convention center which was very accessible. There was plenty of parking, although instructions on how to access the garage was lacking. The home was spacious and had 3 bathrooms, lots of seating, and inviting decor. It was so nice to have a full kitchen, washer/ dryer, and backyard. All of this for the price was wonderful! The furniture was cozy, there were dishes and toiletries we needed, and it was very clean.

There were no property keys which is great because it had a doorcode. What was not helpful is that the doorcode was a 10-digit code which was impossible to memorize and made coming and going incredibly complicated with arms full of travel or work supplies in addition to pulling out a phone (hopefully it hadn't died from use all day at the conference we were at, which also happened) or a place we had written it on. This code was needed to unlock AND lock which makes sense, and again made the 10-digit code in accessible for us particularly since I have an executive disability which limits how many pieces of information I can maintain in my memory stores. I know they were trying to ensure safety for the property, and they can use random number generator to load up 4 or 5 digit codes for each guest and achieve the same security without leaving such an inaccessible experience for them. Additionally, if they insist on a long code (for their guest's sake, I truly hope they do not), another thing they can do is create spaces in between chunks of the code to support all neurotypes. The other thing that was not accessible was the wifi. There was not a sign or booklet anywhere to include key details such as the wifi code for work travel needs. I called the phone number for support and they gave me a wifi name that was not listed on available networks until the next day, so half the 4-day stay was without wifi at all. It would be helpful to frame a wifi name and password on the wall or have a visible book with commonly asked questions/needs.

Fantastic proximity to the beach, on a lovely street. Beautifully decorated and lots of sun flowing in. Quiet area as it backs onto the golf course.

It wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. Would love to stay there again in the future if it’s cleaned well.

I love this place. I would like to become a regular at this place. It was my favorite place out of every place I ever stayed at. I especially like the location too it's quiet and private.

Found different kinds of hairs here and there, but it probably was from different previous tenants and they weren't obvious. I don't think whoever cleaned this place would notice it without a magnifying glass. One of the showers was clogged and you can't fully pull it up and I don't think they know that either.
