Pearl off the Prom has a very functional layout. The kitchen is large and has a lot of storage and multiple counters, which made food prep and service a dream! The long driveway provided wonderful parking.
We liked the proximity to the beach and the promenade walkway, and made use of these multiple times.
We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working during our stay.
Upon checkout I sent a message through Booking.com to notify of that and some other things needing attention.

The box fan in the main bedroom was unfortunately very dirty and thick with dust on the blades , so my mother would not use it. She was disappointed in that.

The location was good. The house itself was worn and in need of a refresh. The musty smell of the home was overwhelming and despite opening windows and spraying Lysol it didn’t improve.
Outdated and in need of a major refresh. The kitchen was not comfortable to cook in and the beaded curtains and clutter made the space seem more like your grandmothers home then a peaceful retreat. A little paint would help but a kitchen update is needed. The home is settling and in need of repair. Good value for the price.
