About this apartment rental
Would you like to go for a walk or a bike ride between bearing orange or blossoming almond trees? Then they come to the hinterland of the Costa Blanca in autumn, winter or spring and enjoy the mild climate of these months.
The apartment "Segaria" is only 5 minutes drive from the beach and at the foot of the mountains of Marina Alta. An ideal starting point for walks between the surrounding orange and almond groves, trips to various beaches or hiking excursions in the mountains. In addition, the surrounding area offers ideal conditions for a bike training week, whether by road bike or mountain bike. It is not for nothing that many professional cyclists live here and every year professional and amateur teams of different nationalities come to this area for pre-season training. Triathletes will also find an indoor swimming pool nearby.
The apartment is new and has a cozy living-dining room with a sunny south-facing balcony. Two complete bathrooms and a separate kitchen make living in the two double bedrooms uncomplicated and pleasant. Heating / air conditioning unit and washing machine are available and allow a comfortable stay in any weather.
It is possible to book professional Pilates lessons directly in the house. The landlords live in the same house and are happy to inform you about excursions or shopping, hiking routes, bike routes or recommended restaurants.

Anke is very nice jelpful and professional host, the property was very xlean and tidy has every thing you need for the daily use. The location is wonderful for relaxing but you can reach Denia beaches wìth short bicking or by taxi. A big thanks to Anke

Appartement convenable, petit bémol concernant la literie (matelas) et la cuisine (manque de casserole, pas de micro-ondes, ni de cafetière électrique).
Concernant la télévision, pas de chaines françaises et anglaises.
A recommander pour la tranquillité.
