Excellent and well equipped apartment. Family loved the padel court, the children’s playground and pool. Well situated by the sea. Contact with owner was very good. We had a couple of small issues that were resolved very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Thank you Nathalie.

My husband and I stayed here for the month of February, 2023. The apartment was very nice and just as pictured. The kitchen had most of the stuff that we needed. Surprisingly there was not a spatula suitable for making eggs, so we purchased our own, and we also took it home with us as a souvenir. Having traveled there by plane we needed to rent our linens. I was quoted 35.00 for a set of sheets and towels for my husband and I. I was pretty disappointed that we only received one small towel and one larger towel each. Thirty five dollars is quite a bit to spend for two sets of towels and one set of sheets. I'm not sure what we were supposed to use while the towels were in the wash. When I complained to the manager she took my concerns to the owner (Nathalie, not Henri, as mentioned in all of the wonderful reviews) and Nathalie supplied us with another set at no additional cost. Coming from America I was expecting washclothes too, but perhaps that's not a thing in Europe. I ended up buying some of those as well. This was our first European trip and we learned quite a bit. When I reserved this place I did so because of all the the wonderful things that everyone had to say about Henri, the previous owner. From my understanding (I could be wrong) Nathalie (his daughter) now owns it. I don't really have any complaints about Nathalie, but I was a bit taken aback to discover that I would not be dealing with Henri. Especially when I wasn't really dealing with Nathalie either. We were met by a Mr. and Mrs. Sola, and they were wonderful. We had a hard time finding the place and they were very patient and helped us the best they could to find the apartment.. When we got there they did a reading of the water meter and the electric meter. We were told that we would need to pay for the water and electric, but I totally forgot that it had to be cash, which posed a bit of an issue when I didn't have the cash when we checked out. It was really inconvenient to go to an ATM to get the cash, but thankfully there was one right down the road. Mr. Sola followed us to the ATM so that we could pay him. All of that could have been avoided if Nathalie could have been paid with a card, just like we had paid for the rent. It ended up costing us quite a bit more getting the cash. That's really my only big complaint. Totally my fault, but in my defense I have only ever paid once at other Vrbos. Also, Nathalie and the Solas speak French, not Spanish or English

L'appartement est propre, neuf et spacieux. Très belle résidence mais non adaptée à des jeunes car le calme y est de rigueur, l'accès à la piscine est interdit de 15h à 17h et les propriétaires sont un peu trop présents. Les balcons mitoyens limitent l'intimité, on ne se sent pas vraiment à l'aise: pas de musique et réprimandes. En bref c'est très beau mais il vaut mieux avoir le même rythme de vie que le propriétaire...
