House in a collective of 4 dwellings, accommodation on two levels with a 20m² terrace and a garden, all fully enclosed.
The ground floor includes an equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with WC
The terrace faces south with a garden furniture.
The garden is exposed to the north.
A parking place
Upstairs: two bedrooms, a toilet and a sink.
Located 150 m from the 1st beach and the sailing school (FFV, possible internship), a pedestrian access takes you there.
Food shops are 2 km away.

The entrance is through the south-facing terrace where the garden furniture, parasol and barbecue are located.
On the ground floor :
- equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher
- living room: table, chairs, sofa, TV and mini chain. Bay window overlooking a 20m2 garden.
- bathroom: shower, sink and storage, WC and washing machine
Upstairs :
- a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, bedside tables and a large closet
- a bedroom with two 90x190 beds, a bedside table and a chest of drawers
- a toilet and a sink.
Pénestin

Sehr nettes und komplett eingerichtetes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Besonders haben wir uns über die frischen Blumen, den Cidre und den Apfelsaft zur Begrüßung gefreut.
Die Nähe zu den sehr ruhigen Stränden ist toll. Der Ort hat alles, was man im Urlaub braucht.
Wir werden Sie gerne weiter empfehlen.

Très bien, la WIFI aurait été appréciée car la réception en 3 ou 4 G n'est accessible qu'à l'étage.

Nous avons passé onze jours de bonheur, dans une maison très agréable, très bien agencée et bien située. L'endroit est merveilleux, il y a beaucoup de choses a voir et de lieux a visiter. Nous étions très bien accueillis, les voisins sont tous très sympathiques. Enfin, c'est vraiment un endroit magnifique avec de nombreuses plages toutes plus belles les unes des autres.
