About this house rental
Our house is located 2 km east of the center 'Matrei am Brenner' and offers with the nearby country road an optimal mix between rural tranquility right on the edge of the forest and the nearby village center.
On 120 m² is a oasis on the ground floor and 1. Floor created in the up to max. 10 people can leave the workday behind.
After an exciting day for adults and children, you can look forward to a shared game in our 2 kitchens, with a large sofa or corner seat. A wood stove gives the cozy ambience a special touch.
While someone in the fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove and oven, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator with freezer, a breakfast, lunch or dinner conjures up, the other guests can watch a thrilling movie (satellite TV available) or about the internet share their experiences with friends at home.
For your good night's sleep, there are 4 separate bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed, with a bedroom on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the surrounding vegetation.
In the spacious bathroom with plenty of towels and towels, you can relax with a shower with massage jets from the busy day.
The garden around the house, with sun terrace, is equipped with some garden chairs and tables and invites the guest to enjoy a few cozy evening hours with the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
Even your pet, which you can take with you on request, will feel well in the garden.

My wife, our four kids and I spent three days here. Very convenient to the train into Innsbruck. A great setting. Communication with the host was fast and easy.

Das Haus liegt am Hang zwischen Navis und Matrei und bietet ausreichend Platz für 7 und mehr Personen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, den stört vielleicht die Autobahnnähe und vor allem das sehr laute Pumpgeräusch, wenn ein Wasssehahn oder eine Spülung betätigt wird.
