For shared use: property. Children's playground (slide, swing). Private: lawn for sunbathing. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sauna, infrared sauna, relaxation room, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 50 m, bus stop "Schwendau Drei Linden" 51 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Super Unterkunft wenn man mit vielen Leuten unterwegs ist. Es war gut eingerichtet, genug Geschirr uä für alle.

Eine Waschmaschine hat uns scho gefehlt. Die vielen Silberfische waren eklig. Ansonsten ist das Haus gemütlich.

Gezellig huis met veel hout. Wij waren er met 5 volwassenen en een hond, voor 10 personen wellicht wat krap. Goede uitvalsbasis voor aktiviteiten, prachtige omgeving. Harde bedden en kleine douches maar gezien de prijs van het huis helemaal prima. Basis schoonmaak oké maar wel spinrag in hoeken en aan plafonds. Het is niet nieuw of luxe maar functioneert gewoon. In de zomer zou een extra koelkast wenselijk zijn, zeker voor 10 personen.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Freunden vor Ort. An sich in Ordnung. Besser nur 8 Personen. Die Bäder waren okay, Duschen könnten gründlicher gereinigt werden. In Schränken und hinter Sitzbank und Sofa sammelt sich Staub. Betten sehr hart oder schon durchgelegen. Kein Skiraum, Sauna mit 4 Häusern geteilt, nur unter der Woche nutzbar.
4000€ für diese Unterkunft im Winter sicherlich etwas viel aber man scheint sich an der Umgebung zu orientieren.
Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt OKAY.
