About this house rental
Holiday home surrounded by greenery and only 2 km from the sea, ideal for those who love the sea but want to live far from the confusion of the classic tourist attractions. The property is located in a strategic position for visiting the region: Chioggia (7 km), from where you can reach Venice by boat and the other beautiful cities of art ( Padua, Vicenza, Treviso, Ferrara, Ravenna). In the evening you can enjoy relaxing moments in the garden. At your disposal a garden for relaxing and sunbathing, football pitch, volleyball net, table tennis, table football. Cycle routes in the lagoon area start from the house; from Sottomarina you can cycle and walk around the Lusenzo lagoon. From Chioggia, you can reach Piazza Vigo and take the vaporetto to the island of Pellestrina, which is well worth a visit. Not to be missed are the historic cities of art in the region: Venice and the islands of the lagoon; Padua (40 km) with the Basilica del Santo and the botanical gardens (UNESCO World Heritage Site); Vicenza (80 km) with its Palladian architecture; Treviso (70 km) with its canals and frescoed buildings; the Renaissance city of Ferrara (80 km), Ravenna (90 km) with its Byzantine mosaics and a series of medieval towns: Comacchio, Monselice, Este. There are over 4000 historic villas in Veneto. Many of them have beautiful gardens where you can spend a pleasant day. This house is not only an excellent solution in summer, thanks to the beaches, the excursions in the lagoon and a boat trip along the Po Delta, but also in other seasons to explore the art-rich surroundings.

Belle maison, bien entretenue ayant toutes les commodités. A proximité de Chioggia où on retrouve tous les services. La propriétaire était très sympathique. Nous avons eu accès à Venise avec la voiture mais aussi par bateau et autobus à partir de Chioggia. Je n'hésiterais pas à louer à nouveau.
