About this apartment rental

The apartment has been created from the ancient pastry shop of the Scaldaferro family, which also owns a large ice cream / chocolate shop nearby. There are discounts on consumption at the ice cream / chocolate shop.
The apartment is a space of 60 square meters, with a living room with a sofa bed, bathroom with shower and two sinks, two double bedrooms, equipped to receive max. 6 guests.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and induction plate) and a large private car park that can also accommodate campers.
Medium-sized dogs are allowed. Small front garden.
The apartment is quiet and is located along the Brenta river.
Nearby restaurants and supermarkets.
At 200 m. the bus stop for Venice or Padua is only a 25-minute walk away.
At 6 km there is Fusina, with the vaporetto boarding for the beaches of Lido di Venezia.
