For shared use: natural garden, swimming pool (7 x 14 m, depth 130 - 270 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: reception, WiFi, central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Excellent location for Siena and surrounding area. You do need a car. It is too far away from shops etc. This is a 300 yr old building, WiFi was not good. Not enough plug sockets for a family of 4. This villa provides nothing, do not assume there is coffee etc waiting for you, or any basic condiments. No oppotunity to get clean towels. Take this into condisderation when booking. The villa was gorgeous, comfortable. Facilities were ok. No iron but Hairdryers provided. quiet, pool was good

Wszystko było tak jak na zdjęciach, kuchnia super duża, polecam. Piękne widoki, cisza spokój - idealne na spacery Jedyne co zawodziło to sieć WiFi.

Leider entspricht der Ist Zustand nicht den Bildern der Anzeige! Wohnung ist doch schon sehr abgewohnt, z.B. schimmelige Silikonfugen in den Bädern und der Küche, defekte Couch im Wohnzimmer, schmutzige Vorhänge. Ansonsten schöne Gegend, netter und freundlicher Kontakt vom Verwalter vor Ort.
