About this apartment rental
400 meters from ski lifts and next to nursery slopes.
Booking 1600 hrs Saturday to 1000 hrs Saturday. The apartment is in the village of LaTania. The large 753 sq ft (70 sq. meter) apartment , on the third floor, has panoramic views over the village, pistes and valley from the spacious lounge/dining room. Ski in/out to the nursery slopes , cable car and Folyeres piste. There are no other local stay taxes to be paid.
Excellent, green , red and blue runs get you back into LaTania and there is a really good nursery run and good ski schools. Free WIFI and flat screen TV , blu ray DVD player in apartment. Sleeps 8 with underfloor heating, two large bedrooms with twin beds, large lounge/ diner with 3 sofa beds and large mezzanine area with single bed, private sauna in apartment, two bathrooms with bath, showers and washing machine, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, hob and microwave oven) , two south facing balconies (8 sq. meter's) , reserved underground car park space, additional reserved space in open car park and cave in the cellar. The village centre is less than 5 minutes walk away.
Cleaning of apartment before stay is included there but additional clening is available during the week at Euros 80 for full clean. There is a 15 euro charge for towels and bed linen per person.
LaTania is at the centre of the ' three valleys ' with easy access to all 600 km of pistes covering La Tania, Courchevele, Meribel,Val Thorens up to Pionte De La Masse at 2804m.
In the winter there are many ski schools and pistes for all abilities. As well as downhill skiing there is cross country with 130 km's available.
The La Tania resort is good value for money with many restaurants , some pubs and supermarket. The Pub Ski Lodge is only 100 metres away with excellent food and entertainment every night. Themed evenings at the pub and dancing are a great way to wind down after a good ski day. There are many different eating places but LaTania maintains a 'village' atmosphere. There are several ski shops for renting your ski equipment which can be ordered on line before you arrive. There is also a free ski bus to connect the main resorts in the area.
There is plenty of activity in LaTania in the summer with swimming pool , basket ball, volleyball, tennis court , table tennis and boules in the village. There are many other activities for example mountain bike riding, walking, climbing,white water rafting archery and horse riding locally.
There is an excellent tourist office in La Tania which will provide expert support during your stay. Getting to the resort is not difficult with Chamberey(1.5 hrs) and Geneva(2hrs) Airports giving quick access. For groups of 4 or more a reasonably priced taxi pickup service is available from LaTania.

Joe’s apartment is exactly as it is pictured in the photos. Considering prices in the area, it's great value for what you pay. There were 8 of us and we were comfortable. The kitchen is quite small and doesn't have an oven, but for it's size it's really well equipped. A great stay overall!

This property is fantastic. It’s spacious, warm and welcoming. The location is perfect and the views are outstanding from all of the windows in the property. The apartment was super clean and communication with the host was first class. The sauna was a real treat at the end of a long day of skiing. Can not recommend this property enough.

We had an excellent communication with Joe and we enjoyed our stay in his very large appartment, the sauna was also very welcome, it was also very nice that the telecabine were free of charge, the only disappointment was the swimming pool in the village due to Covid 19 only open in the afternoon with two time slots..further we recommend this appartment with excellent view of the mountains

Lift not working. Ski locker door jammed. Over 10 days to fix. 7 days to fix lights Shame it could be a great apartment
