85 sqm spacious apartment fully renovated in September 2011. 50 m away from the shops and at the heart of the village activity; day nursery, ski school, cinemas, ice rink, post office, etc. Located on the runs, superb 180º mountain view, not overlooked. 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate WC, and WC-shower, open-plan kitchen with small bar, fully equipped new kitchen (oven, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, raclette set, etc.)

Really convenient for the slopes, bars and shops of Bruyères.
Apartment building was surprisingly quiet, I enjoy being so close to the piste that I could be woken early by the bashers.
Just be aware that vehicles above 1.9m don’t fit in the covered parking

I'm almost reluctant to leave a good review as this is a real gem, and I want to keep it all for myself :)
Excellent location, right next to the slopes. Possible to ski out easily. Skiing in is fine if you aren't a complete beginner - you just need a little bit of speed to get you up to the door.
The apartment is very big. A few things look a little tired, and there were a few niggles such as some heaters not working properly. But as a group of 5 adults we had everything that we needed and really had no complaints.
This was my first visit to Les Menuires and I'm sure we'll be back. The skiing is excellent, with access to the 3 valleys, and the shops and bars are easy walking distance. The village is pretty and not too commercialised.

The apartment is actually 3 smaller apartments combined, so there is plenty of room. It suited our large family very well and all nine of us could sit comfortably around the dinner table! The children had plenty of space to play. It is located very conveniently for skiing and for the local shops. The covered car parking connects directly to the apartment. We enjoyed ourselves. Communication with the owner was friendly and prompt.
Our only criticism is that we had to wait over 3 weeks for our damage deposit/caution to be returned.
