About this house rental
The detached house is located in the middle of a large garden on the hill (Monte Giove) in a quiet location above the old town of Terracina overlooking the sea. A romantic natural garden with olive trees, oleander, bougainvillea, rosemary hedge, agave and brick hearth for barbecuing surround the house.
The own lemons as well as spices (laurel, rosemary, sage) can be used gladly. There is a rooftop dining area, which is great for dinner in the sunset. Many terraces (partly covered) surround the house to find the perfect sun / shade at all times. The bungalow offers many places to relax and feel good with views of the sea and the bay of Circeo.
A very special place: the view-protected outdoor shower with hot water and side sea view!
Due to the location on the mountain there is often a pleasant breeze, which ensures even in summer for a cool sea breeze. In 3 bedrooms can max. 6 people are housed. All bedrooms are equipped with fans. There is wifi in the house.
The house is mostly used privately and is therefore very personally furnished. Everything for your daily needs is available and distinguishes the house.
Bed linen and towels are provided. (No beach towels)
The center of Terracina is 5 minutes away by car. The old town (Domplatz) is only 8 minutes away on foot.

La casa è situata molto in alto ( vicino alla strada panoramica che porta al Tempio di Giove Anxur), sopra il centro storico di Terracina (bellissima atmosfera soprattutto la sera per aperitivo o cena), per questo il panorama, dalla casa, è mozzafiato.
Casa pulitissima e completamente attrezzata, situata in un piccolo complesso residenziale di circa 15 abitazioni private alle quali si accede entrando da un cancello. Oltre a ciò la casa è circondata da un giardino privato: per questo la privacy e la sicurezza sono garantite,. Posizione strategica per visitare Gaeta, Sperlonga,, San Felice Circeo, Sabaudia oltre alle spiagge naturalmente. Bellissima location per una vacanza interessante e riposante: vivamente consigliata!

Abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni in questa bellissima casa ( definirla bungalow è molto riduttivo ). Accessibile da strada privata non transitabile dai non residenti è tranquillissima, immersa nel verde e con vista mare. Il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi. I terrazzi che circondano la casa permettono di passare piacevoli momenti all'aperto. Splendido anche il terrazzo solarium che copre tutta la superficie superiore della casa.

Die sehr schöne Lage mit einer aussichtsreichen Dachterrasse, die vor allem am Abend und in der Nacht voll zur Wirkung kommt, ist wirklich bestechend. Wir haben unseren Urlaub voll genossen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Die Terrasse mit komfortablen Liegestühlen und Beschattung lädt auch bei großer Sommerhitze zum Verweilen ein.
