Bâtiment imposant dans un petit village au calme à 15/20 min de Titisee. Petit lac à proximité. La vue est magnifique. L'appartement est bien équipé et la résidence propre. Comme d'habitude en allememagne, de belles prestations pour le prix. Une grande chambre + 1 coin sommeil avec 2 lits. Déco un peu démodée mais chaleureuse et rien ne manque, ambiance années 80 qui reviendra à la mode :). Piscine dans la résidence très appréciable aussi même si payante.

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage mit Fernsicht. Wohnraummöbel z. T. abgenutzt. Bad etwas veraltet. Alles zum nötigen Bedarf vorhanden. Gute Heizung.

Man hat vom Wintergarten einen tollen weiten Blick in die Landschaft. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass sich der Wintergarten im Hochsommer sehr aufheizt. Bei unserer Ankunft war es zunächst erst mal kalt. Die Wohnung wird fernbeheizt, so dass man selbst keine Heizung regeln kann. Auf Nachfrage bei Interhome wurde uns jedoch sehr schnell durch den Hausmeister ein Ölradiator gebracht. Sehr toll ist der Brötchen-Service, der angeboten wird.

3ème fois que nous louions cet appartement. Nous avons trouvé des agrafes sur la moquette dans le salon avec des enfants jeunes qui marchent pieds nus pas terrible ms ça peut arriver. Puis mon fils a fait tomber sa veilleuse derrière le lit et nous avons dû le tirer pour la récupérer et là HORREUR des chips des papiers des saletés en tout genre... j a donc débute mais vacances par une soirée ménage alors que j ai payé 85euros de ménage pour mon séjour. Une honte.
