My wife and I stayed at Pergola35 for three nights and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The apartment was clean, modern, and extremely comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Florence. The kitchen was especially well equipped with everything we needed, which made the stay feel even more convenient and homey. We also really appreciated having access to a washer and dryer, which was incredibly helpful in the middle of our vacation.
The location was definitely the highlight — just a short walk from major attractions, great restaurants, shopping, and public transportation, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, Pergola35 was an excellent choice for our time in Florence.
The only issue we had was being charged an additional 35 Euros per night because my wife was not included on the original booking for some reason. While I understand policies regarding occupancy, the extra charge felt unnecessary and a bit excessive. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and the property itself was very nice.

The property was in a safe location and clean! I was pleasantly surprised that an elevator was available which made it very easy to transport our baggage to the apartment. The shower was amazing and the quality of items provided from complimentary snacks to toilets/house slippers went far above my expectations!
I would prefer fluffier pillows but the ones provided weren’t terrible!

Location is perfect, apartment is spacious, clean. Kitchen with all appliances. Everything you need for short stay. Host was very friendly, too.
Nothing that really bothered us. Maybe only fact, that you hear your neighbors quite well. In our case it was family with many kids, so it was quite noisy. But on the other hand the area is so quiet at night, no noise from outside at all, so you hear noise from inside much better😊.

Clean, friendly and amazing location. Our just gave some great recommendations for eating out too.
Outside area would be nice, but that is an option as far as we could tell with other apartments on the block.
