On the first floor of a detached single-family home in Maintal Hochstadt you are over 60 square meters of living space available.
Living in the countryside, yet close to the city, which is Maintal. In just 45 minutes you have driven from our apartment to the Messe Frankfurt - which is partially faster than if you would have the morning even drive across Frankfurt.
The apartment is divided into the following rooms:
Room 1 - combined living / bedroom with balcony exit (18 square meters):
The large corner sofa can be used for cozy evenings television (LCD TV), but is used as needed as a sleeping space for up to 2 people. Also located in this room a fully equipped kitchenette incl. Coffee maker, kettle, microwave etc, and a ceiling fan for the warmer days of the year.
Room 2 - bedroom with balcony exit (18 square meters):
The bedroom has a almost new double bed (1,80 x 2,00 m) is waiting for you. In addition to bedside tables, dressers and closets can be found in the bedroom also a pedestal fan.
Room 3 - combined bedroom / dining room (11 square meters):
This room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for up to 2 people, a closet, a ceiling fan and a dining table with 4 chairs.
In addition, you can expect a modern, spacious bathroom with shower and bath and a skylight that ensures a bright ambience in the bathroom.

Super eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles was man braucht ist da. Sehr gemütlich. Nette Vermieter - was will man mehr?

Sehr saubere und ruhig gelegene Wohnung, dazu ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Von dort konnten wir alle Orte in Südhessen besuchen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das WLAN, das nur bei dem Handy der Frau ging, und dies auch nur morgens vor 8 Uhr. Mit 2 Teens ohne WLAN war das schon etwas anstrengend.
Ansonsten war aber alles super!
