Farm complex consisting of a farmhouse, originally a 15th century lookout tower, a small 18th century church, a former barn (ITC829) and two independent rural buildings (ITC907+ 525). Besides the owner's house, in the main part there are also two beautiful semi-detached houses (ITC952 and ITC243); the barn is independent. The property has undergone an attentive and careful renovation, the furnishings are of optimal level, specially designed with a linear and bright design. Each accommodation unit has satellite TV and private equipped outdoor areas. Access to the house via gravel road 1 km long. Communal washing machine in an adjoining room. Comfortable furnishings. Baby cot on request. Beautiful location on the hills near Poggibonsi (3 km, stores of all kinds). Florence 40 km, Siena 25 km, San Gimignano 12 km.

Appartement spacieux avec de nombreuses baies vitrées donnant sur des terrasses. Attention chemin d’accès non goudronné avec de nombreuses ornières.

Wunderschönes, stilvoll und sehr persönlich eingerichtetes Haus. Lage Top für eine große, laute Familie wie uns. Wir haben keinen gestört, selbst wenn wir die halbe Nacht draußen saßen. Lediglich die recht lange und holprige Zufahrt zu unserer Fast-Allein-Lage war eine Herausforderung für die Stoßdämpfer unseres Autos.
Allerdings könnte das Haus ein bisschen besser gewartet werden. Diverse Beleuchtungen waren defekt, in einem Schlafzimmer war nur die Nachttischlampe benutzbar. Es waren nur 3 Weingläser, 3 große Tassen und 5 Kaffeelöffel vorhanden. Für die ausgeschriebenen 8 Personen dann doch sehr wenig Geschirr. Bei Benutzung des Toasters flog der FI-Schutzschalter und der Strom war weg...
