The new apartment offers 75 square meters of space for 1-3 (max 4) people. The apartment is comfortable and newly furnished with 12 sqm balcony overlooking the countryside. Great bathroom with bath and large walk-in shower as the highlight.

It is located in a very pleasant quiet outskirts location in green surroundings, yet close to Limburg's Old Town (walking distance)
and walking distance to the Lahn. No city noise or Strassennlärm available.
The apartment is a clean Non smoking apartment.
Smoking is the balcony.
The living room (in an interesting construction method) is very pleasant and balcony doors through several very bright and friendly. Herein is a Eckcoach with table, dining table, bistro table and a desk for PC work, and another single bed. Satellite TV, DVD and a music system available.
THe kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave, small oven (pizza, etc.), coffee mach Nine, kettle, etc.
The kitchen has a kitchen table and direct access to the balcony.
The double bedroom (with a view to the Feldberg im Taunus) has a closet with cabinet and a chair and chair. There can sleep peacefully. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a cot. An additional single bed is in the living room area.

De woning was erg schoon, de inrichting wat gedateerd, maar letterlijk alles was aanwezig. Het huis lag in een mooie rustige wijk en we waren met de auto in 5 minuten in de stad Limburg.
Alle winkels liggen in de buurt.
De gastheer is aardig en je kon voor 100% je eigen gang gaan, hij had voor veel documentatie gezorgd.
