About this house rental
Our house is centrally located in Diez, surrounded by greenery. The park with a playground and walking paths is immediately adjacent. The Aartal bike path runs directly on our service road. The city with numerous shops, the charming old town and the Lahn promenade is within easy walking distance. The house is about 75 square meters and offers you a furnished covered terrace with barbecue. They have their own private, invisible garden, past which the Aar flows very idyllically. A bike is available for you in the shed or you can safely store your own bikes here. Your living area is at ground level and offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy lounge with dining area and a sofa corner with TV. In the more than 25 square meter bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed for your child. Wooden cot and high chair are available for your baby. The house is ideal for couples, families with children, cyclists, nature lovers and seniors. Free parking is available and public transport is also possible, as the train station and bus stop are only a few hundred meters away. With us you can relax and actively spend your free time. The quarry lake attracts nature lovers and divers from afar. Sports enthusiasts can climb the climbing forest. Diez is a great starting point for excursions to Limburg (5 km) with its remarkable old town and cathedral or for tours into the romantic Lahn valley.

Sehr nette Gastgeber mit vielen guten Tipps, hübsches Ferienhaus mit schöner Terrasse in sehr ruhiger Lage, ideal zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof.

Ruhig/sauber/perfekt ausgestattet.
Gemütliche überdachte Sitzmöglichkeit im großen Garten.
Kamin, praktische Fliegengitter, Whirlpool auf Wunsch.
Super aufmerksame Gastgeber die für alle Fragen offen sind.

Ruhige Seitenstrasse mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten.
Großer Park mit Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder direkt nebenan.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel im direkten Umfeld.
Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt kann ich diese Ferienwohnung vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

Freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter.
Gute Ausstattung ruhige Lage und trotzdem kurze Wege in die Innenstadt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Drinnen ist genug Platz um sich auch schlechtem Wetter, mit Kleinkinder, die Zeit zu vertreiben.
Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls schön und alles was man braucht ist fußläufig erreichbar.
