About this house rental
In a beautiful, gentle slope, with a magnificent view of the sea, the property TRIOPETRA VIEW with pool is located on a large natural plot, in the charming landscape of southern Crete. Above, close to the sandy beaches of Melissa and Triopetra in quiet, idyllic surroundings, at the foot of a hill with the eponymous chapel Aghios Ilias at the top, stand the 4 vacation homes. The vacation houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 1 and 2 are built slightly offset behind each other. In the back of the two houses and about 10m away are the houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4 next to each other.
The common pool of approx. 40 sqm (10 x 4m, 1,10 to 1,5m deep, not heatable, in operation from 01 April to 31 October) is in front of the vacation houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4. The common pool is surrounded by an approx. 160 sqm lawn, the tiled pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor showers. The view from the pool to the sea, Triopetra Bay and the surrounding landscape of South Crete offers unforgettable vacation moments.
The vacation house TRIOPETRA VIEW 1 is tastefully furnished, thought through to the smallest detail and ideal for couples or families with children.
The house is located about 5 steps higher than the garden level. Beautifully furnished and color-coordinated living/dining room with adjoining kitchenette. The sofa bed in the living room consists of 2 full size single beds and is very suitable for 2 children or teenagers. The living room is adjoined by the bedroom and the bathroom. From all rooms and the terraces of the vacation house you have a beautiful wide view of the Libyan Sea and the coastal landscape of South Crete. From the living room as well as from the bedroom it goes directly to the front terrace of the vacation house with a beautiful sea view.
What awaits you here is tranquility, seclusion, Mediterranean idyll, beautiful views, great sandy beaches, very clean sea and a charming mountainous coastal landscape and the luxury of a pool with all amenities for a carefree vacation.
To the next village Akoumia it is about 10km, to Spili, where you will find a rich shopping offer, it is almost 20km. There are some taverns at the big Triopetra beach as well as at the smaller Triopetra beach, directly below your vacation home.

Es war wieder wunderbar! Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und wurden wieder nicht enttäuscht. Giannis ist ein so sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Das Haus ist nach wie vor sehr gut gepflegt und man kann nichts bemängeln. Die Bilder entsprechen auch den Gegebenheiten. Der Pool ist wunderbar und für die 4 Häuser wirklich sehr groß. Wir wurden wieder sehr herzlich empfangen und mit "Leckereien" versorgt. Hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Tür vom Wohnzimmer zur Terrasse, sie ging nicht auf. Giannis hat das Problem innerhalb kürzester Zeit mit meinem Mann als Assistent :-) behoben.
Was wir sehr schade fanden, der angepriesene IRINI Mini-Markt war geschlossen bzw. als wir am ersten Tag montags dort waren, gab es keine Ware. Man sagte uns, am nächsten Tag käme die Lieferung... leider war dem nicht so und noch einen Tag später, also am Mittwoch. war dann komplett geschlossen und es wurde auch in den 14 Tagen unserer Anwesenheit nicht mehr geöffnet. Was genau passiert ist, wissen wir leider nicht. Trotzdem schade, da dies eine große Bereicherung gewesen wäre. So waren wir wieder in Akoumia, Spili und Kerames einkaufen. Der Weg dorthin ist natürlich ziemlich weit.
Ansonsten hatten wir wieder eine wunderbare Zeit und würden das Haus immer wieder buchen.
Der Ablauf über Jassu Reisen war wieder unkompliziert und zügig. Vielen Dank!

Un'angolo di pace tra montagna e mare, se si vuole evadere completamente dal caos questo è il posto ideale, premunitevi di viveri al supermercato prima di arrivare perché in zona quasi il nulla.

Das Haus ist neu, sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.Das Haus verfügt über einen wunderschönen Ausblick, den man von der Terrasse genießen kann.Des Weiteren sind wir mit diversen Lekereien (Öl, Honig, Feigen, Wein und Raki) aus der Region vom Eigentümer überrascht worden.Der einzige Minuspunkt ist ein Sonnenschirm, den man bei starkem Wind nicht benutzen kann.Hier fehlt eine feste Überdachung, um die Terrasse auch bei Wind besser nutzen zu können.Bei unserem nächsten Kreta- Urlaub werden wir dieses Haus wieder mieten wollen.
