Spend your stay in one of the most beautiful locations in Dresden. Our apartment in Villa Waldpark is located directly at the forest park. In addition to the very green location, you have a very good train connection in all directions from here. In just 5 minutes you can reach the Elbe and in about 7 minutes you are at Schillerplatz. There you will find numerous restaurants, pharmacies, doctors and various shops.
Use great and newly designed outdoor terrace with direct forest park access. You can also grill here. Small garden shed for your bicycles.

Die Gastgeberin und ihr Personal ist freundlich und nett. Für einige Wohnungsmängel(z.B. fehlender Duschkopf) wurde nach 2 Tagen und auf Nachfrage, diese behoben.
Es sind mehrere Wohnungen im Keller und die Vermieterin entscheidet je nach Anzahl der Gäste und hätte lieber das über die Internetseite privat gebucht wird.
Die Straßenbahn kann man hören, aber dafür ist diese mit dem Wochenticket auch gut nutzbar um in die Innenstadt zu kommen.
Es ist eine Kellerwohnung, hat aber einige Lampen dafür. Und wer ist bei einem Urlaub ausser zum Schlafen und Essen schon dort.
Der Aussenbereich ist gut geschützt von Hecken umgeben. Der Tisch ist für Essen aber zu niedrig, so dass sich ein Grillen nicht gelohnt hat.
Wir planen einen erneuten Besuch z. B. zur Vorweihnachtszeit.

optimale Verkehrsanbindung mit Fahrrad und Straßenbahn .Viel Natur in der Umgebung und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Langzeitticket für ÖNV empfehlenswert. Suboptimal: Kellerwohnung, sehr dunkel. Handtücher nicht gewechselt in einer Woche. WLAN nur eingeschränkt funktionsfähig.
