About this apartment rental
A stylish temporary home from private - you can find that in our Schönbuch, ideally located between Stuttgart (Messe) and Tübingen, within short distances from Filderstadt, Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Böblingen, Messe Sindelfingen, the Aichtal and also the Outlet Metzingen is not far. Stuttgart city center can be reached by car in around half an hour with good traffic conditions. It is also easy to get there by public transport (bus & S-Bahn).
Our 4 1/2-room apartment (110 m² in total) with every comfort is newly renovated and fully equipped. It is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the forest, the Waldenbuch city center with shops and restaurants and the bus stop are a 10-minute walk away. to reach. All rooms are beautifully decorated.
Tourists and trade fair visitors as well as business people, holiday guests of all kinds, fitters and company employees from a wide variety of industries will find an appealing, spacious and comfortable domicile in our apartment near Stuttgart, Tübingen, Sindelfingen and Filderstadt.
Furnishing:
The apartment is built in a maisonette style over two floors and has on the first floor a beautifully furnished living / dining room, a balcony, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle & toaster and a large fridge with freezer, a bathroom with daylight, large walk-in shower, bath tub & towel warmer and a bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed and large, four-door closet.
On the second floor (attic) there is a light-flooded large studio with a double bed (1.80 m wide), chest of drawers and a nice work place as well as a sofa bed, a gallery with reading area and a smaller, bright room with a single bed (1 m wide) and a small one Closet. If desired, a baby bed can be added. We offer free WiFi, TV and CD player.
Smoke detectors are installed in all three bedrooms of the apartment.
Especially for our guests there is a large laundry room with washing machine, dryer and clothesline / drying rack!
The apartment can have a max. 5 people are occupied and is a purely non-smoking apartment. You can smoke on the balcony or in the garden behind the house. Pets are not allowed. There are enough parking spaces (also for larger vehicles) on the street in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
In summer the beautifully landscaped garden behind the house can be used, there is a nice patio, a grill is also available. Bicycles brought along can be parked in the shed.
The well-known outlet city of Metzingen and the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve are not far away! You can discover a lot in Waldenbuch, for example the chocolate company Ritter Sport and its unique art museum including chocolates or the "Museum of everyday culture" in the castle in the city center. The public golf course Schaichhof (Golf Club Schönbuch) is enchantingly beautiful and is only about 8 km from the apartment!

This charming apartment had all the amenities you could want for a short stay in the sleepy hamlet of Waldenbuch. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The proprietor ensured we were welcome and offered to address any issues should they arise. No issues with this stay.
Christopher Blum and his wife put forth great effort in the form of communication and a welcoming environment from the front porch to the complimentary bottle of wine.

This property is a bit off the beaten path but close enough to Tuebingen and Stuttgart to where it won't matter.
Very quite right at the edge of town.
Very clean and well kept up. Nice backyard. Plenty of room for the five of us. Owners live right next door and were very friendly. We really enjoyed it.
I would keep the blinds closed during the day upstairs as it can get quite warm in the summer.

We spent 3 nights at the apartment, it was enough and convenient for five people. It was very beautiful, the same as we can see on the pictures. Family Blum were very kind, and helpful. The location of the apartment is very good. It is very quiet, and you can reach everything within a short time (within the city, and around the city). We visited Hohenzollern Castle, and we travelled to Stuttgart. It was a nice staying. We were very satisfied our decision, to spent our few days at this apartment.We are planning that we will visit back once Baden-Württemberg, so we may stay here again. We really enjoyed being there!Thanks for everything!Greetings from Hungary!
