About this house rental
The house in the charming Maxen is about 10 km from Dresden.
The spacious garden plot (fenced dog-safe) of about 750 m² in size is located in the outskirts of town. The property is bordered to the rear by fields, to the front there is a very beautiful view of the beautiful Saxon Switzerland. Next to the bungalow you will find a garden pavilion with seating. There is also a garage on the property. A pool is right in front of the winter garden. It has the dimensions 4.50 m x. 3.00 m at a water depth of approximately 1.60 m.
There is plenty of room for two people. The bedroom is equipped with enough cupboards and two single beds 90 x 200. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and the spacious conservatory make your vacation perfect.
There is a modern LED TV-SAT system as well as a video and DVD recorder so that you can pass the time with the extensive video and DVD collection in bad weather.

Wir reisten mit unseren drei Labrador-Mädels und einem Teckel-Mädchen an. Da unser Dackel gerne mal die Gegend selbstständig erkunden geht, war es uns wichtig, dass das Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Tatsächlich hat unsere kleine Ausreißerin keine Lücke im Zaun gefunden, alles war ausbruchssicher.

Wir mieten 1-3 mal pro Jahr ein Ferienhaus und dieses sortieren wir vergleichsweise im Mittelfeld ein.
Ausreichend gross für zwei Personen, schön angelegter Garten mit kleinem Pool und Wintergarten, tolle Lage.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr zweckmässig, insbesondere die Küche könnte etwas sauberer sein, die Vermieterin gerne etwas „kommunikativer“.
