About this house rental
Vacation house with panoramic view in a quiet position in the countryside, 6 km from the characteristic village of Pitigliano (stores of all kinds). In front of the house is a lawn bordering an equipped terrace and on one side of the house is the fenced swimming pool, swing and barbecue. Covered parking space. Pitigliano dates back to Etruscan and Roman settlements and was built on a tuff elevation. The vacation home is located in the territory of the ancient Etruscan people only 14 km from Sovana, 28 km from the famous thermal springs of Saturnia, 35 km from Lake Bolsena and 45 km from the sea (Monte Argentario), where you can find pretty coastal towns and beautiful sandy beaches.

Supermärkte in dem schönen Örtchen Pitigliano, Grillfleisch und Wein in großer Auswahl vorhanden. Das Haus war sehr gut, wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt.

La maison est grande, le jardin spacieux et la piscine agréable et surtout très calme, pas de nuisances sonores. La terrasse est un peu vieillissante, la maison manque d’entretien. La décoration de la maison est vieillotte mais la literie est bonne. Au niveau de la cuisine, il y a ce qu’il faut mais tout est très basique, les nappes sont usées. L'accueil a été très sommaire car la personne qui nous a accueillit ne parle qu’italien, seulement quelques mots de français et d’anglais donc difficile de communiquer. Nous avons loué la maison pendant 2 semaines, le linge de maison n’a pas été changé, le ménage n’a pas été fait alors que nous avions pris l’option ménage. Il n’y avait rien dans la maison quand nous sommes arrivés : pas d’eau en bouteille, rien pour le petit déjeuné ( ni thé ou café), pas d’huile , juste du sel et du poivre ( pas de sucre non plus); nous sommes arrivés le samedi 15 août 2020 et les supermarchés étaient fermés ( jour férié)...ce n’était donc pas un accueil agréable pour moi et ma famille, j’en suis désolée. Cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour mais...
