Apartment in a beautiful wooden log house with a view of Lake Staffelsee. 7 minutes walk to the lake in beautiful and green nature in Seehausen, near Murnau and Garmisch, Königschlösser and Wieskirche. Hiking paradise, pure relaxation in a very beautiful and well-kept apartment on the top floor of the Landhaus de Gaspary. 2 TVs, great balcony with seating and a view of the Staffelsee, large luxury bathroom with shower, bathtub, 2 sinks and bidet, bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, living-dining room with stainless steel kitchen corner, tastefully furnished. Own entrance. Your child up to the age of 12 lives with you free of charge. You do not have to specify your child up to the age of 12 as a third person. No other persons are possible. Please inform us in good time about accompanying children. In the Landhaus de Gaspary there are still 2 apartments. The Kuschl`Eck in the DG on the right and the ground floor apartment "Because we are worth it". Inform yourself .

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern, im Alter von 6 und 12 Jahren, in der Ferienwohnung mit Seeblick bei Frau de Gaspary. Die Ferienwohnung ist super gemütlich, sehr sauber und der tolle Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Staffelsee ist unvergesslich. Wir werden im nächsten Bayernurlaub wieder Frau de Gaspary besuchen und freuen uns jetzt schon drauf.

Positiv:
-Sehr netter Empfang
-Wohnung mit einem besonderen Flair, sehr liebevoll dekoriert
-Balkon
-Großes Bad

-Küche etwas klein
-Positionierung von Küchengeräten (z.B. der Kaffeemaschine) unter der Dachschräge
Negativ
-Trotz großem Grundstück keine Unterbringungsmöglichkeit (z.B. Garage, Keller) für die Räder. Diese müssen unter einem Vordach stehen. Bei mehr als 2 Rädern nur aufwendig möglich (bei 4 E-Bikes kaum möglich).
- Die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer ist zu schwach. Das ist zwar sehr romantisch, aber zum Lesen nicht hell genug.

After a difficult start (1 day overbooked),we had a great time at the apartment of Angelika. Unfortunately the weather was disappointing. The apartment was neat and clean. The apartment is not directly on the Staffelsee as the FeWo website suggests. It is a 10 minute walk to the lake. On the other hand, it is located in a quiet place. The free public transport is also recommended. You can make beautiful trips by bus and train. Thank you Angelika.
