ruhige Lage mit Zugspitzblick, Abstellplatz für die mitgebrachten E-Bikes (aber Unterkunft auch von der Innenstadt gut fußläufig erreichbar), überdachter Außensitz mit Sofa und Beistelltisch, neue Küche und Bad, Murnau und Umgebung ("Blaues Land") ist für mich unübertroffen als Ferienplatz in Bayern (ideale Mischung von Stadt und Land), speziell ein tolles Strandbad 24/7 zugänglich mit pfiffiger Gastronomie
Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer könnte etwas größer sein für ein Frühstück zu zweit, sonst war alles prima

Zuerst: Man sieht die Zugspitze wirklich! Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig und komfortabel eingerichtet, im Garten stehen Liegestühle bereit. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
