The wall surfaces are smoothly trowelled and painted in a bright, friendly color. The rooms have large windows for plenty of natural light.
Bathroom with corner bath, large vanity, window and washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The living room has modern furniture, a comfortable corner couch (fold-out) as well as dining table and flat screen TV.
Small, loving details make the apartment very comfortable.
A visual relationship with the Elbhängen exists.
The apartment has bed linen and towels.
The apartment is located in Dresden Laubegast. Laubegast is located in the southeast of Dresden on the left side to the Elbe. Especially beautiful in this part of the city is the loose and greened construction as well as the proximity to the Elbe. The Elbe meadows and the Elbe Cycle Paths invite for recreation and can be reached on foot within a few minutes. Public transport, shops such as food markets, pharmacies, but also restaurants are nearby. The city center of Dresden is 10 - 15 minutes away by car or public transport. Overall, this apartment is located in a very family friendly location.
Directly opposite is a bakery where you can take daily from 6 o'clock daily a delicious and varied breakfast.

On arrival is an accommodation tax per night and per person from 18. Year of life to pay for the state capital Dresden.
There is a pet fee of 5 € / night.

Können nicht klagen, tolle Wohnung, super einfache Abwicklung, alles erreichbar. Sehr nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Sehr altes Geschirr/Besteck und bitte nochmal über die Haushaltswaren drüber schauen.
Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.
Freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit liebevoller Deko und frischen Blumen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, unser Vierbeiner war auch sehr willkommen. Das Einchecken ging unkompliziert über Safe. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll dekoriert und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Elberadweg,Straßenbahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz nahe.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Gleich gegenüber gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und die Straßenbahnstation ist nur 3 min Laufweg entfernt.
Die einzigen Makel sind die zu weichen Betten (wobei dies natürlich Geschmackssache ist) und die schlechte Internetverbindung. Gastgeber sind sehr nett.
