The renovated 250 year old farmhouse is located in Kleinstockach, a small mountain village at 1,150 m above sea level, in Tyrol, Austria.
The house can accommodate 9-11 people and has a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Tiroler Zugspitz-Arena. The farmhouse is ideal for 2-3 families or groups.
In the spring, summer and autumn months, the farmhouse is a perfect starting point for numerous hikes, mountain and mountain bike tours and in winter ideal for skiing, cross-country skiing, ski tours or snowshoe hikes. The nearest ski lift is only 2 km (Bergbahnen Berwang) and the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena offers more than 110 km of cross-country trails for cross-country skiers.

We had a unique experience with this place. Despite the lack of such more modern amenities, the quiet breathtaking views and laid back atmosphere made up for it. We had everything we needed The host was very accommodating and took care of all our needs.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at K7. The atmosphere of the old house with all woodpanneling and carefully selected furniture feels warm and cozy. Combined with high spec kitchen and bathrooms this makes for a super stay. We didn't miss anything. The surroundings are incredible with beautifull views from every window. Easy acces to Berwang pistes, not too big but with enough variation for all our wishes (loipes, snowboarding, winterwanderwege, sleighing).

We enjoyed our stay in your facility very much. The updated kitchen and bathrooms are very nice.
The layout of bedrooms is a bit awkward but it worked out for us.
The beds were very hard, and there is no cushioned furniture to sit in the evening or during a rainy day which would be nice to have.
The ping pong table was a huge hit with some of the family.
The location and views from this home are beautiful.
Maybe I missed it when booking, but I was not aware of needing to bring our own towels until within a week before arriving at this destination. Thankfully we were somewhere we could pick up towels and wash clothes for our family of 6 before we arrived.

Our extended family of eight thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse while exploring the Zugspitz Arena. The house was clean and well-kept and was more spacious and charming than we could have imagined. The kitchen was the most well equipped of any home we’ve ever stayed in. The host, Cleo, was very accommodating and responsive to messages. I would highly recommend a stay in this home if you are looking for a unique experience in the region.
