House "Schranz". In the district of Hof 2 km from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, in a sunny position on a slope. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Hof" 85 m, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Ski lift 3.5 km, gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The rental property extends over 2 floors (ground floor and 2nd floor) and is partly open to the staircase. In summer, not all accommodation units are available for occupancy by fewer people than the maximum number of persons. However, all units are available for a surcharge.

Een heerlijk huis op een prachtige plek met een fantastische gastvrouw die op elke vraag antwoord had, goede tips gaf en oprecht geïnteresseerd was in ons. Het huis was de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een heerlijke vakantie. Het enige wat wij misten was een lekkere stoel in de verblijfsruimte. Maar ook dit wisten we al van tevoren
