About this house rental
Situated on the south-eastern shore of the 2 km² Hennesee lake in the Homert Nature Park, this half of a house welcomes you to a very well-kept holiday home park. The property is in the typical Sauerland half-timbered style and has modern furnishings. The children are always delighted when they are allowed to climb up the ladder into their sleeping cave under the sloping roof. Here they have their very own realm. The children can also have fun on the trampoline and slide on the lawn, while their parents enjoy a marvellous view of the lake and the surrounding forest and mountain landscape.
The holiday park offers its guests a wide range of services. This property has a garden shed and bicycles are available for hire: 2 adult bikes, 1 youth bike and 1 children's bike. Not far from your holiday home, you can enjoy numerous water sports activities on Lake Hennesee, such as swimming, boating, fishing or even diving, and the forest and mountain landscape of the Homert Nature Park, whose highest point is 656 m above sea level, invites you to go hiking and cycling. Other attractive excursion destinations include the Felsenmeer near Hemer, the wild and romantic Hönnetal or the Balver Höhle, which is considered to be the largest cultural cave in Germany. The town of Meschede, just 5 kilometres away, is also worth a visit.
Please note: The car park is not directly at the holiday home, but on the road. You can drive close to the house for loading and unloading.
