Está muy bien ubicado a 15 min andando esta muy limpio y es muy acogedor, muy bien equipado con lavadora y lavavajillas aunque nosotros no lo utilizamos, y tranquilidad. Lo mejor para nosotros la plaza de garaje cerrada ya que vamos con moto lo recomendamos 100%

The location is excellent and the communication from the owners is immediate. It has all the facilities you will need for a great stay, it even has Netflix. We were traveling daily to visit the Normandy beaches and the location couldn't be better. It is also only a 10 minute walk to Caen city centre and all its bars and restaurants. Self check-in was very easy. The owners even sent pictures to help with this.
Due to the size of our large car, parking was difficult on the drive but parking on the street was no problem.

The sitting room lights were intermittent and did not work. So we had to enjoy a dark sitting room.
