This modern, very well-kept apartment with 66 sqm living space (for max. 4 people) in a quiet top location is located directly on the west bank of Lake Forggense in the 'historic vicarage' of Waltenhofen.
You live on the ground floor in south-west position with your own entrance.
You can enjoy the sun and the beautiful lake view from the wonderfully located south-west terrace in the romantic garden.
In the spacious living-dining area is the top modern, high-quality fitted kitchen.
The two bedrooms offer sleeping accommodation for 4 people.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other has a high-quality sofa bed for two people.
The spacious, bright daylight bathroom is equipped with an XXL daylight shower, towel radiator, sink and toilet.
The apartment is equipped with a portable HD TV and DVD player, which can be used both in a bedroom and in the living-dining area. A stereo system is also available.
The equipment is of high quality with partly antique furniture, oiled solid wood flooring and sophisticated tiles.
The integrated kitchen unit is equipped with an electric cooker with a convection oven, dishwasher, extractor hood and refrigerator with a 3 * compartment.
In addition, you have the option in the annex to store your bicycles, skis etc. in a lockable compartment.

Es war eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche.
Trotz nicht ganz idealen Wetter konnte ich schon früh morgens in den See zum Baden gehen nachdem ich meine Walking Runde beendet hatte.
Ideal ausgebaute Radwege und in naher Umgebung gute Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen haben unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht.
Wir werden da sicher nochmal hinfahren.

Wir haben einen Familienurlaub im schönem Waltenhofen gemacht.
Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum. Sehr sauber und direkt am Forggensee gelegen.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten jederzeit immer einen Ansprechpartner an unserer Seite, auch, als ich meine Kurkarte verlegt hatte. Sofort kümmerte sich das Team der Immobilienfirma Stapf um Ersatz....ein toller Service. Man ist also mit keinem Problem alleine.
Die Ferienwohnung hat in der Tat auch bei sehr heißem Wetter ein angenehmes Raumklima.
Uns fehlte es an nichts, und wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
Lieben Dank an das Team Stapf Immobilien, Herrn Manfred Stapf und auch an Christine K., die wir auch bei jedem Problem belästigen konnten.
Es war einfach wunderbar.🌸🥰
Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. In allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub, in wunderschöner Umgebung 🌄 mit vielen lieben netten Mensche👩❤️💋👨💏👨❤️👨. Das hat man eher selten.
Ich würde gerne mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Top Wetter und jede Menge outdoor-Möglichkeiten halfen über die Unzulänglichkeiten der ansonsten schönen Wohnung hinweg.
