About this apartment rental
Our newly developed apartment is located in the pedestrian zone in the attic of a multi-family house. From the large windows you have a beautiful view of the castle of Fuessen and the mountains behind. Although you can get directly from the entrance to the shops, cafes and restaurants of the pedestrian zone it is wonderfully quiet at night.
The apartment is of high quality: all rooms, except the bathroom, have an oak floor, and the entire kitchen is made of real wood specially for our apartment. The spacious sleeping sofa invites you to lazy. Of course, the apartment includes all the facilities and equipment you would expect at home: from TV, washing machine, dishwasher to the blender, kitchen scale and box opener. If the music taste of the visitors differs - no problem. The high-quality stereo system can be programmed via a tablet so that different loudspeakers (in the living room, bedroom and bathroom) simultaneously play music.

Very nice flat, great location in the center of Füssen, close to everything. Very well furnished. Great views, on one side you see the castle, on the other side the countryside.
Only minus is the steep stairs to the flat, wouldn’t recommend this to very senior guests.

We had 3 nice weeks in the apartment with our two kids (5 & 2 years). The apartment is centrally located within the historical city center of Füssen. The whole flat is perfectly equipped and has a very nice style and furniture. We would love to get back there immediately.

Die Ferienwohnung ist relativ neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Wohn- und Essbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Tageslichtbad ist hell und bietet neben der großzügigen Duschkabine (Glas) auch eine Badewanne. Die Küche ist sehr hochwertig aus Vollholz gestaltet und hat eine Spülmaschine sowie einen intelligenten Backofen. Ein Wasserkocher für Tee fehlt noch.
Die Wohnung ist technisch auf einem sehr modernen Stand. Dimmbare LED-Spots, Hochwertige neue Möbel in Wohn- und Essbereich sowie eine klasse Musikanlage, welche sich über das zur Wohnung gehörende Tablett steuern lässt. Aus dem Wohnzimmer blickt man auf die Berge sowie das Füssener Schloss.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ebenfalls sehr nett eingerichtet.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer (Kinderzimmer) ist leider etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Neben den zwei Einzelbetten (von welchen eines knarzt) steht eine ältere Couch, welche durch eine Decke abgedeckt wurde sowie ein älterer Schreibtisch auf dessen Ausziehboden ein verstaubter alter Laptop inkl. Kabel liegt. (für Kinder nicht ideal)
Punktabzüge gibt es zusätzlich für den Fußboden, da dieser bei unserer Ankunft nicht besonders sauber war, sodass wir zunächst einmal durchsaugen mussten.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in 3 Minuten zur Wohnung in einem Parkhaus für 16 €/24 Std..
Zusammengefasst ist ein Aufenthalt hier dennoch zu empfehlen, da die Wohnung trotzdem sehr schön ist. Vielleicht werden die kleineren Kritikpunkte ja zukünftig in Angriff genommen.
Zur Lage kann man nichts negatives sagen. Man ist mitten in der Altstadt von Füssen und hat somit Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien, Metzger etc. direkt vor den Füßen.
Ps.: Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und Antwortet schnell :-).
