Modern furnished flat 2 with kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
Bathroom and kitchen have been renovated two years ago.
A dishwasher is available, the washing machine is in the own cellar.
There is Wi-Fi, Tel.Port, TV, laminate floor.
The bedroom has a double bed of 1.80m, sofa bed in the living room one of 1,37m. (Enough for one adult or 2 small children)
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet 8-apartment building. Lämmerspiel is surrounded by forest.
For expressway there are 800m, the motorway exit Obertshausen about 7 minutes.
The airport can be reached in 25 minutes by car or in 34 minutes of continuous S8 / 9 from Mühlheim (Park and Ride spaces available).
For S-Bahn Mühlheim to get to 4km, to the S-Bahn OF-Waldhof after 2km.
After Innenstadt in 20 minutes by train or 25 minutes by car. The show is about 30 tram-minutes away.
The supermarket in Lämmerspiel be reached in about 13 minutes walking.
Parking on the street is in sufficient number available.

In ruhiger Wohnlage gelegene FeWo,
abseits jeglichem Tourismuss und mehrsprachigem Stress,
findet man hier noch ein wenig, entspannte heimische Kultur.
