About this villa rental
The cozy and modern holiday home is located in the beautiful Spanish village Els Poblets only 9 km from Denia.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, which is built exclusively with single houses.
From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains.
The sea is only a short walk away and was given the Blue Flag for cleanliness. Shops, a bakery, a kiosk with magazines and a coffee are 400 meters away. The village center with bars, restaurants and coffees is about 800 m away.
The three bedrooms have two beds each. There is a shower room with toilet and a separate toilet, as well as an outdoor shower. The living / dining room is spacious and leads to the winter garden, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and the mountains.
In order to keep temperatures comfortable on very hot as well as cold days, there are three air conditioning units with which one can heat and cool thanks to state-of-the-art technology. In addition, there is a gas stove for the winter.
On the approximately 550 m2 plot is a newly built 8x4 m large pool with Roman steps for single use, and an outdoor shower. Furthermore, there is a new new outdoor kitchen on the property. There is a golf course about 8 km away.
The airports of Alicante and Valencia are each about 100 km away and can be reached in about an hour on the nearby motorway.
To use a barbecue, a washing machine, dryer, microwave, iron, various kitchen appliances and two TVs (flat screen / Smart TV) are available.

Das Haus einfach toll. Schöne Einrichtung, toller sauberer Pool, Betten hervorragend, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Außendusche , Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, Außenbereich alles da. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholen können.
Vielleicht ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag. Ein Handlauf um die Treppen besser hoch zu kommen wäre nicht schlecht. Ich bin etwas älter und bin ich die Treppen unsicher gegangen.
Aber sonst war alles gepflegt und perfekt und man kann das Haus mit sehr gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Insgesamt gut. Der Empfang durch Frau Lampe war ausgezeichnet.
Das Haus war sauber und alles vorhanden. Es sah aber alles ein wenig zusammen gesucht aus. Internet und, TV Empfang war super. Der Pool klasse.
Das Putz Team muesste gründlicher arbeiten. Die Fensterbänke sind wahrscheinlich 1 Jahr nicht mehr sauber gemacht worden und der Rasen war min 10cm hoch und wurde in den 2 Wochen nicht geschnitten.
