About this apartment rental
Sunflower 3: on the 1st floor -50 m2. A terrace with table to eat "al fresco" with a beautiful view. Suitable and romantic for two. A large dining room with table, fireplace, sofa, bookcase. Fully equipped kitchen, The walls are decorated with painting called tromp l'oeil by the artist Gloria Forti. Big bedroom with double bed (or two singles) tulle mosquito net above the bed and at the window, wardrobe, desk. Bathroom with shower and decorated walls. sink, bidet. Small closet in the lounge. Entry in the private garden, a big barbecue in the garden area to share with other guests. Swimmingpool with hydromassage corner is at few meters in garden area.

Stelio and Rossella were excellent hosts, Lia (the dog) also made us feel very welcome.
The flat is beautiful and well appointed and the balcony is perfect for a slow breakfast, glass of wine in the evening, or a home cooked dinner. The views are breathtaking.
Lounging by the pool is a lovely way to spend the day, or walking in the grounds, or heading into town. We had a fantastic stay and were sorry to leave!

We can't say how much we loved our stay here. From the moment we arrived and received a warm welcome from our hostess we were shown our delightful and spacious rooms. The balcony was very large, with an area covered in the event of a shower. The views were, frankly, unparalleled, spectacular and every direction gave us a stunning outlook of beautiful Tuscany. The grounds provided scents from herbs, fruit trees, rose bushes and flower gardens. We used the pool almost every day of our stay and we walked the paths around the property. The location can't be better if you want a central point for day trips around the small ancient towns and the notable cities known for wine, food, art and history. We cannot remember a more wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend this place for couples, families or anyone coming to the area.

If a charming, rustic and relaxing experience is what you are looking for this is the place. Spacious and comfortable indoors and with a great terrace to enjoy the views and outdoors. The owner was wonderful and offered options and ideas for us.

Wir sind etwas gespalten, was Macinella angeht. Die Anlage ist wunderschön , Stelio, Rosella und Claudia waren sehr nett und freundlich. Der Pool war sehr sauber und groß.
Und jetzt kommen die Abers; Wir waren in Sunflower 3. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war runtergekommen und braucht dringend Erneuerung. Fast alle Strohstühle um den Esstisch waren kaputt. Mit den katastrophalen Zahl der Mücken in Toskana, feste Fliegengitter am Fenster ist das wenigste was man machen kann. aber die fehlten. Stattdessen gibt's unfeste Schutz aus Stoff, was gar nicht nützen. Klimaanlage würde auch nutzen, aber leider fehlt. Wir haben zu zweit innerhalb von 2 Wochen 3 Packungen Fenistilgel gebraucht trotz unserer enormen Mückenschutz Maßnahmen. Die Küchenutensilien, auch die Espressomachine und die einzige Pfanne waren so verbrannt und alt, man konnte die gar nicht benutzen. Aber Stelio und Rosella haben die sehr freundlich und schnell ersetzt.
