This lovely Tuscan-style apartment of 50 smq is on the first floor with private terrace, and it consists of a living room with kitchenette and dining area, sofa bed and SAT-TV, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The flat has heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi service. A terrace overlooks the gardens, offering a quiet place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Price includes gas, water, electricity, bedlinen and towels, final cleaning, wi-fi.
Not included and to be paid on location : Damage deposit € 200. Deposit only by credit card.
Babybed €20/week; high chair € 15/week. Air conditioning or heating € 15day.
This lovely farmhouse is located at walking distance (just 8 min) from the charming medieval village of Lari, whose castle dominates the hills between Pisa and Volterra.
On the premises is also a restaurant, which serves traditional Tuscan dishes, which can be enjoyed sitting underneath the pergola. In the garden a swimming pool (14x7 m, open May-Oct) offers the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunshine or the shade of the gazebo.
The farmhouse is surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees, and consists of two buildings, each with 4 apartments, all tastefully furnished in the typical Tuscan style. Equipped with all modern comforts, these cosy apartments are independent and have private outdoor areas overlooking the luxuriant setting.
