About this house rental
Amid the Leipziger Neuseenland, located right on the lagoon of the Hainer lake, you will find our holiday house Casa Franke.
We rent this house with its own lakeside terrace, private jetty and bathing platform. The house has three floors (ground, 1st u. 2nd floor) with a total living area of 130sqm. Each room has a direct view of the lake and terrace. The ground floor houses the living and dining room with views of the lagoon and a cozy fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with stove / oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and a washing machine. Kettle and coffeemaker complete your comfort. A guest toilet is on the ground floor available.
The first floor has a generously proportioned bathroom with bathtub, rainforest shower and toilet. Each of the two guest rooms is equipped with satellite TV, box spring bed / bunk bed and wardrobe. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A beautiful bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room is located on the top floor.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, hell und modern eingerichtet, super ausgestattete Küche, alle Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und wunderschönem Ausblick auf den See. Für unseren Enkel war ein schöner Spielplatz und Sandstrand in der Nähe, der Hund kam auch nicht zu kurz, viele schöne Spazierwege sind im direkt angrenzenden Park von Kahnsdorf und am See. Kahnsdorf ist ein malerisches kleines Dorf mit schönen renovierten Altbauten und Bauerngärten, also richtig was fürs Auge.Leider gibt es keinen Bäcker oder Lebensmittelladen im Ort, dafür muss man ca. 10 min. mit dem Auto fahren. Das war aber wirklich das einzige Manko und leicht zu verschmerzen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Aufenthalt v. 24.07.-07.08.2021, 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (5 u. 10 J.).
Gäste-WC war ungereinigt (Mülleimer, Boden u. Wände bedeckt mit Urinspritzern und schmierigem Schmutz); in der Küche unter der Spüle, im Bereich des ausziehbaren Mülleimers, fanden sich Reste sämtlichen Hausmülls, in den Schubladen teilweise abgelaufene Lebensmittel; im Wohn-/ und Essbereich waren in allen Ecken und unter den Möbeln Staub und Spinnenweben mit toten Insekten in erheblichem Umfang; Duschablauf im OG verstopft (ein durchgängiges Duschen war nicht möglich), Haare in den Schubladen und den Schränken/Regalen, dicke Staubschicht auf den Fensterbänken, Kaminofen und Grill bei Ankunft verschmutzt, Asche nicht entfernt; Auflagen auf der Terrasse fleckig und verschmutzt; Mülltonnen liefen bei Ankunft über, müssen von den Gästen zu den Abfuhrterminen herausgestellt werden.
Über den Zustand wurde der Vermieter bereits kurz nach Ankunft mit entsprechenden Fotos informiert. Abhilfe wurde nicht geschaffen, der Zustand sei vielmehr von den Vormietern verursacht. Das Vorliegen der Mängel wurde teilweise bestritten (verstopfter Abfluss) und schließlich ignoriert.
Wir hätten uns einen professionelleren Umgang, sowohl mit unseren Hinweisen als auch in Bezug auf die Kommunikation gewünscht, um den Urlaub, dem schönen Objekt entsprechend, genießen zu können.
