Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing, biotope. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: sauna (extra). Hot tub, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 450 m, bar, bakery 400 m, bus stop "Eibl" 350 m, railway station "Völs" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, bathing lake "Natterer See" 6.4 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, skisport facilities 3.5 km, slopes 3.5 km, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school 8.5 km, sled run 500 m, cross country ski track, ice rink 800 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lizum 8.5 km, Mutterer Alm/ Götzner Bahn 3.5 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Outdoor sauna opposite the main entrance. Lockable shed for skis and bicycles. Electric vehicle charging station 200m away. The spa bath is a hot tub.

Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Suitable for allergy sufferers, smoke alarm. 2nd dog can be booked and would incur an extra charge of 15 € per day. 1 bunch of wood for free per day! Each additional on site 10 €.
