Beautiful resort. 13 apartments in the residence. 3 km from the centre of Grosseto, 7 km from the centre of Principina a Mare, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: garden, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 15.May. - 10.Oct.). Outdoor shower, tennis (1 x hard court), floodlit (extra), table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: reception, restaurant, internet access, washing machine (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Linen change weekly. Breakfast and half board possible. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 1 km, sandy beach "Principina a Mare" 7 km. Riding stable 2 km, cycle lane 100 m. Sehr gepflegte Anlage , sehr freundliches Personal, welches sofort auf Wünsche eingeht. großzügiges Interieur. Sauberer Pool und viele Ruhemöglichkeiten auch außerhalb der Apartments.
