"Santa Agata" is a former farmhouse in natural stone which we lovingly and faithfully restored over the years.
It is embedded in the marvelous hilly Tuscan countryside. It offers a great view of the old village of Castagneto Carducci, the ancient castle of Segelari and the nearby coast.
From "Santa Agata" you can enjoy a beautiful sunset and you can walk in 20 minutes to the romantic hilltop village Castagneto Carducci with its cozy street cafes and trattorias.
Check out the various restaurants with culinary delights. Bolgheri with its famous wines is just about 10 kilometers away. The beautiful sandy beach with the small seaside town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci is within easy reach (8-15 minutes by car or 6-10 km). Here you will encounter several kilometers of sandy beaches, dunes and pine forests. For larger purchases go to Donoratico with its several supermarkets.
We rent cozy apartments from 1-5 rooms. Each apartment has a separate entrance and a private terrace. A barbecue and ample garden furniture are available.
There is a special atmosphere at "Santa Agata" and many of our guests return regularly. So many good relationships have emerged in recent years and decades. Several courses have been conducted in our country house and the holidays on "Santa Agata" are always a special event.

Appartamento confortevole e curato in un bel casale con un giardino meraviglioso. La vista su Castagneto Carducci, e il tramonto sul mare restano nel cuore.

L'appartamento fa parte di un bel complesso ristrutturato per un totale di 5 appartamenti. È molto ampio con bella cucina (manca lavastoviglie) - soggiorno (da cui si può salire ad uno spazio che era un vecchio forno? adattato a stanza molto particolare ma scarsamente utilizzabile) più bella camera con letto matrimoniale e piccola camera con due letti singoli. Bagno spazioso e bello con ottima doccia unico neo manca il bidè. Tre postazioni esterne utilizzabili x pranzi e relax con bellissima loggetta vista bellissima su Castagneto Carducci a sx e sulla piano fino al mare. Manca tv ma noi utilizziamo le vacanze x disintossicarci dell'eccessiva visione degli altri periodi dell'anno. Buona ricezione dati mobili e wifi.
Insomma posto molto bello un po'caro (forse un leggero abbassamento del prezzo sarebbe auspicabile) ma ci ha preso il cuore.

Panorama magnifico! Casa comoda, arredamento curato. Soggiorno piacevole. Un po' lontano dalla marina ma disagio superabile👍

Posizione splendida da cui si vede sia il mare che il borgo di Castagneto Carducci.
Vecchia struttura agricola ottimamente restaurata, con ampi e godibilissimi spazi esterni tenuti benissimo e tre tavoli d diverse dimensioni sui quali potevamo scegliere di fare i pranzi. Dotazione di due comodi lettini ed amaca. Interno molto ampio, locali spaziosi e funzionali, arredati con gusto. Bagno comodissimo e funzionale, unica pecca la mancanza del bidé da attribuirsi al fatto che la proprietaria è straniera e come è noto all'estero non è consuetudine disporne ma si può perdonare.
Un po' difficoltoso il collegamento wifi e manca la tv ma questo per noi non è stato un problema. Abbondante dotazione di stoviglie e quant'altro utile per la casa. In sostanza un posto davvero bello, il cui affitto è caro ma congruo con la bellezza che lo caratterizza
