About this apartment rental
Very nice and elbnah located apartment. Inner city with excellent public transportation system, yet due to its location very quiet. The apartment is part of an architect-designed house and has a separate entrance. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. An additional guest can sleep on the comfortable guest couch. The light-filled living and dining room is spacious. The apartment is modern and has a terrace that offers a look at our green garden. The Elbe Cycle Path is almost on your doorstep. The downtown can be reached in 15-20 minutes. Shops for everyday commodities are within walking distance and available locally.

Schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung in für uns perfekter Lage.
Handseife im Badezimmer kann man, denken wir, erwarten.
Die Sauberkeit, besonders im Schlafzimmer, lies etwas zu wünschen übrig. Leider haben wir auch keinen Staubsauger gefunden.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in Dresden verlebt. Das Apartment ist super gelegen zum Elberadweg, Laubegast ganz idyllisch. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt... Das einzige was wirklich verbessert werden könnte sind Verdunklungsrollos im Schlafzimmer aufgrund der Strassenlaterne.

Ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt in der netten, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Perfekte Ausgangslage für Radtouren an der Elbe entlang oder für eine Stadtbesichtigung in Dresden. Sehr sympathische Vermieter. Sehr gute Lage. Alles für den täglichen Gebrauch in der Nähe. Vernünftige Restaurants.
