The charming one-room apartment is located in a quiet, central location in Überlingen. The apartment is in an apartment building on the ground floor with access to the garden. Within a five-minute walk you can reach the lido and within a fifteen minute walk the center of the historic old town of Überlingen. From the terrace you have a view of Lake Constance, about 200 meters away. Überlingen is the ideal starting point for excursions around Lake Constance, whether by bike, on foot, by ship or by other public transport.
The apartment is stylishly modern and comfortably furnished. The apartment has a bathroom and a spacious kitchen where you can let your creativity run free. The living room and bedroom has a double bed and a sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed. So there is enough space for two adults and possibly two additional beds. The apartment on the ground floor also has direct access to a small garden area via the covered terrace. Here you can grill on summer evenings and taste one of the many regional wines.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and animals are also not allowed.

Die FeWo ist bestens ausgestattet - bei Anreise war an alles Notwendige gedacht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderschön und ruhig. Das Strandbad am Bodensee ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ich würde diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Schöne Studio Ferienwohnung kam für uns aber nicht in Frage da ein Schlafzimmer für uns Priorität hat und das leider nicht der Fall war
