About this apartment rental
Our house Casa Ida is located on the outskirts of Andagna. Andagna is a typical Ligurian mountain village and lies on a sunny plateau with a fantastic view. In summer it is a lively village with a number of festivals. Have a look at the website www. Andagna. it on. There is a lot to discover here.
The renovated apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms, one of them with exit to a small balcony. The living room leads directly to the large terrace. A pellet stove guarantees pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. A TV and WIFI are available.
The bathroom is of high quality with a floor-level shower, large sink, bidet and toilet. The kitchen has given us a lot of headaches, but custom-made furniture has given us a well-equipped kitchen.
From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the village and the surrounding mountains. In the morning you can enjoy the sun with an extensive breakfast and in the evening after a trip you can enjoy the peace and pleasant, fresh mountain air with a glass of wine. Maybe the home-cooked menu.
Our apartment is suitable for couples and families who also want to enjoy peace and nature. The location does not require a choice between sea and mountains. You have both. Small hikes can be started directly from the house and there are enough demanding hikes in the vicinity for experienced hikers.
In Andagna itself there is a trattoria that offers traditional Ligurian food and various pizzas on the weekends.
The Argentina Valley is ideal for mountain biking, racing cycling, motorcycling and enduro riding (www.enduro-mtb. Com).
In Molini di Triora there is an agency (www. Atipicooutdoorescape. Com) that offers MTB tours, trekking and canyoning.
Bicycles can be rented in Arma die Taggia. From there there is an entry into the Pista Ciclabile. A 26 km long bike path that runs mostly along the sea. From Lorenzo al Mare to Ospedaletti. You can expect great views of the sea and bars to stop by. Also very suitable for children.
The nearest golf course is in Castellaro (www.castellarogolf.it).
Andagna is a good starting point for trips to Sanremo, Menton, Monaco and Nice. Not to forget Genoa for those interested in art and the large marine aquarium for children. In the immediate vicinity there are many medieval villages such as Triora, Montalto Ligure, Badalucco, Taggia, Pieve di Teco, Dolceaqua with their winding streets, arches and churches. They invite you to go for a walk, to shop for local specialties and sovereigns. But you can also enjoy a cappuccino and the many delicious ice creams.
The sea on the Riviera of Flowers is very clean, the beaches well-kept, with sand or pebbles, private (Bagni) or public. From June to September you can swim very well and, if the wind is right, surfing and kiting. A trip to the sea is not always necessary to cool off. The Argentina offers a number of swimming spots and in Molini di Triora there is a swimming lake with clear mountain water and a lawn.
The Dolce Vita also includes Ligurian cuisine with its Vermentino, Pigato and Rosese wines. In addition to a crispy pizza, there is an Osteria / Trattoria in every village that offers typical Ligurian specialties at affordable prices.

Herzlich wurden wir vom Vermieter empfangen, der unser Gepäck mit der Ape zum Quartier brachte. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Leute sehr schön und bequem. Der Pellet-Ofen wärmte uns während der ersten kalten Frühlingstage und am Morgen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Kochen macht darin mit den frischen Zutaten der Region Spaß. Der Wein für den ersten Abend stand schon bereit.
Das Schönste ist aber die Terrasse: Dieser weite Blick ist einzigartig. Schön, dass wir ihn an den wärmeren Tagen unseres Aufenthalts schon beim Frühstück genießen konnten. Zu bestimmten vollen Stunden rundet der Kirchturm das Ganze mit einem Glockenspiel ab (typisch für die Region).
Beim nächsten Mal Ligurien WIEDER HIER. Danke an die beiden Gutbrods.

Une maison simple et fonctionnelle où tout est là. On arrive et on se sent simplement chez soi avec en plus cette vue.
