Fully furnished Black Forest house in a secluded location with kitchen, 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room and 2 bathrooms. The house extends over 2 floors and is therefore ideal for up to 6 people. Internet available

The house is a historic Black Forest house and not a luxury accommodation. It gives a good impression of how people lived here in the past.
Due to the valley location you can hear the through traffic and the train line (here only relatively quiet regional trains run twice an hour): We ourselves and many guests still think that you can switch off very well here.
For winter guests: Please note that the house is only heated with two wood stoves that warm the entire house very well. Cut firewood is available, but you should already have experience using wood stoves.
Fenced large forest property - ideal for dog owners. In addition, good transport links (bike and hiking trails directly in front of the house) or train station in 500m distance to come back after the bike tour in the evening with the regional train. Additional good traffic connections by road to start day trips. This valley location with a street in the valley can lead to noise pollution: ideal house for vacationers who make day trips, not suitable for vacationers who are only looking for peace on the terrace.
Furnishing:
An outside staircase leads to the ground floor. As soon as you enter the hall you will feel a cozy atmosphere - from here you have access to the Vesperstube, the 1st Bedroom; in the fully equipped kitchen, the shower bathroom with toilet, and a rustic wooden staircase that leads to the upper floor.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances (stove, dishwasher) and has direct access to the terrace and the balcony.
On the upper floor you have a large, cozy living room to relax and unwind, as well as for exciting TV evenings. A historical wood-burning stove gives this room a pleasant warmth, but it is only the only type of heating. Experience with wood stoves is an advantage.
Adjacent is the lovingly designed bedroom with hand-painted wardrobes and ensures a quiet and restful sleep. On this level you also have a second bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet.

Leider war das Haus sehr schmutzig. Es war nicht einmal gefegt geschweige denn geputzt. Die Lage war sehr gut und die Einrichtung war sehr gut. Es entsprach sehr dem Hexen haus was ich erwartet hatte. Die Lage war sehr dunkel.

Die Hütte ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und hat alles was man braucht. Die Bahn ubd die Straße ist zwar recht nahe, aber das Grundstück ist umzäunt und auch der Lärm sehr gering. Man kann gemütlich und richtig schön in die nächste Stadt laufen. Auch die Hunde kamen auf ihre Kosten.
Wer so Hütten mag und etwas abgeschieden sein möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.
Die Übergabe und auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter total problemlos und auch sehr freundlich.

Alles so weit in Ordnung
Aber an Schlafen in der obrigen Etage war nicht zu denken
Dort war ein Marden die ganze Nacht am rumoren
