About this house rental
You live in a spacious holiday home on 2 floors with about 70sqm. There is enough space for up to 6 people. You can use the covered terrace or the entire garden of more than 500 square meters. There is a campfire site available, the attraction for all children. Corresponding firewood is available.
Pure nature and plenty of space, that offers our holiday property. The house is surrounded by a 500 sqm large, well-kept garden with a magnificent old trees. 80-year-old chestnuts, linden trees, beech trees and larches create a unique atmosphere and provide relaxation from the first minute of your holiday. On the large meadow area your children can play football, run to their hearts content or hide.
Green hills that gently run through the landscape. Centuries-old forests, picturesque rivers and people who love their homeland - that's the Erzgebirge. A low mountain range in Saxony, which forms the natural border with the Czech Republic. In such an environment, the holiday starts from the first minute. Relaxing walks, adventurous hikes, fascinating excursions in museums, mines or on romantic castles as well as defiant castles offer variety.
Our holiday home is located in the picturesque village of Drebach, which became famous for its crocus meadows. Every year between the beginning of March and April, thousands of delicate purple-colored crocuses, known as 'bare maiden', bloom on around 7 hectares of meadows. Drebach is the only village in Germany to have a public observatory with a planetarium. Special children's and family programs provide a fascinating insight into the expanse of space through modern technology. The town itself with its 5,700 inhabitants has bakers, butchers and a supermarket.

Das Objekt ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt; auch im Küchen - oder Badbereich. Zudem sehr sauber. Alles auf dem neuesten Stand. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Wir haben 2,5 herrlich Wochen in Drebach verbracht. Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus wirklich SEHR wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und äußerst geschmackvoll ausgestattet/eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub als Selbstversorger so braucht. Auch die Sauberkeit war beeindruckend. Garten und Lage geht nicht besser: kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, Erholung und wunderbare und vielseitige Wanderwege beginnen direkt am Haus, unzählige tolle Ausflugsziele im 100 km Radius, nächstgelegenes Freibad (eines von vielen Bädern in der Region) in ca. 2km, d.h. (mit größeren Kindern) auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar, 2 Gaststätten im Ort, weitere in Nachbarorten.... Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer prompt, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Trotz Schneemangels hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche in Drebach - die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Auch das Haus selbst ist gemütlich und lässt viele Optionen zu Entspannung und Ruhe. Für Kinder sehr gut geeignetes, großes Grundstück, das an einer kaum befahrenen Straße liegt. Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus weg.
Ein kleiner technischer Schaden wurde am nächsten Tag unkompliziert behoben - vielen Dank!

wir haben eine Woche zu vier Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind über Silvester im Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Zu zweit hätten wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Für 4 Personen und ein Kind ist es definitiv zu klein. Oben sind keine wirklichen Türen zu den Schlafzimmern, so dass das Kind nicht zur Ruhe kam. Man hört alles, was im Haus vor sich geht. Die Nasszelle ist sehr modern eingerichtet, aber auch sehr eng. Für die Wintersachen für 5 Personen reichen die Schrankkapazitäten nicht aus, so dass viel herumliegt. Fazit: Sehr schön für 2 bis 3 Personen. Alles andere ist zuviel.
