About this apartment rental
The 60 m² three-room holiday apartment for max. 6 people is located separately on the mezzanine floor of an apartment building within a quiet residential area in a central location. The town centre, with restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities as well as ski hire and pistes/cross-country ski trails are within a radius of approx. 400 m. Most of the holiday accommodation in the house is for private use. The apartment was modernised in 2019 and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for 2 more people, flat screen TV, hi-fi, dining table), 2 bedrooms (each with double bed, TV, guest bed to add), a kitchen (electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also storage space for bicycles or ski equipment. Public car park directly in front of the house. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. A pushchair is also available.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels as well as water and energy consumption. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. One small dog (max. 50 cm shoulder height) is allowed in this property. Multiple and larger dogs are not permitted.
The health resort of Oberwiesenthal on the 1215 metre high Fichtelberg is the centre of alpine winter sports in the Ore Mountains. With 10 ski slopes, 75 km of cross-country ski trails, a natural ice rink as well as toboggan runs and trend sports slopes, it offers the best conditions for winter sports enthusiasts. But Germany's highest town on the border with the Czech Republic is also worth a visit in summer. Hiking or cycling in the healthy mountain air as well as excursions on the Fichtelberg suspension railway or the narrow-gauge steam locomotive to castles, museums and mines in the region are just a few examples of active leisure activities."
