In the heart of the Normandy landing beaches, Port en Bessin authentic small artisanal fishing and pleasure port of Calvados renowned for its scallops located 10 minutes from Omaha Beach, 10 minutes from Arromanches and its artificial harbor, 10 minutes Bayeux and its tapestry and cathedral, 30 minutes from the Caen memorial, 1h30 from Mont Saint Michel and 3h00 from Paris.
Charming atmosphere for this apartment located on the 2nd floor of our Capitainerie building composed of only two floors located on the harbor front with a magnificent view of the comings and goings of the boats.
Completely renovated apartment with high-end services, direct view of the port and sea view on your left.
The apartment includes a large living area with fully equipped open kitchen (pyrolysis oven, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, washer-dryer, induction hob, extractor hood), separate wc, sitting area with a large convertible sofa of very high quality for regular sleeping for 2 people 140x190 (mattress 18cm), 81cm flat screen TV with DVD player, hi-fi, Ipod station.

The building is at the foot of restaurants and shops.
You can enjoy the local market next to the building every Sunday morning.

Free parking spaces are available on our street for parking your vehicle, but if they are already occupied, you can park your car for free in the car parks located around the building.

Thia lls apartment more than lived up to its listing on VRBO. It is quite simply lovely. The decor, furnishings and bedding were all so nice. The kitchen is very well stocked and having the washer dryer was very handy. The view out the windows over the working marina is so tranquil. This place was simply divine. Our host, Geraldine, was super communicative and very helpful. She was very sweet to check on us throughout our stay. Very walkable area with many wonderful restaurants and a fabulous creperie around the corner. We would stay here again.

12 nights in the centre of a lively fishing port - an excellent stay. A well equipped apartment directly overlooking the port. Shops and cafes close at hand. Parking in the area was free and plentiful and never far from the apartment.Geraldine was an excellent caring host who made sure we were settled in well. There was even a hospitality package.

This suite is immaculate and very comfortable! Geraldine, our host, was prompt with her communication and was extremely helpful in letting us the where to eat and what to visit. The location was excellent as it is close to all beaches, located where all the cafes and restaurants are. If I were to come back to Port en Bessen I would definitely be rebooking this place without hesitation.

Lovely apartment with fabulous views of the port. It had everything you needed for your stay and lots of restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Was ideal for visiting lots of D Day memorials and beaches.Geraldine was a lovely host and gave lots of recommendations and was very informative.Would definitely stay here again
