About this house rental
The house is located in the well-kept holiday park 'Noordzeepark' Ouddorp, a beautiful resort in South Holland, close to the sea. The central, detached and quiet bungalow (Plot 600 m²) sleeps up to 6 pers., Has a living area of 110 sqm and is generously equipped. On the ground floor there is a living room and dining room with large doors and exit is about two terraces. Fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is a bathr. with shower and separate toilet. Living room. with cable / satellite TV, DVD player and stereo. Internet access available. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms. and add. Toilet. 2 bed. have twin beds in the 3rd large bedroom. There is a double bed and an add. Washing facilities. In this space, the formation of a child's travel bed is possible. OG designed with high quality laminate. In a lockable storage room is washing machine, tumble dryer and electric grill. Carts and garden furniture with conditions etc. are available. 2 car parking at the house.

Ferienhaus wie beschrieben, gute Ausstattung, sauber und für 6 Personen ausreichend.
Leider auch hier, wie so oft das Problem, dass die Vormieter meinen, ein gutes Werk zu tun, indem sie ihre Lebensmittelreste (Zucker, Mehl, Reis,Tee,etc. ) in den Küchenschränken hinterlassen, anstatt sie zu entsorgen oder mitzunehmen.
Wir hatten das Vegnügen mit ca. 100 oder mehr Ameisen in der Küchenzeile (einschl. Spülmaschine) zu kämpfen.
Dem Vermieter kann man keinen Vorwurf machen, wenn Mieter sich falsch verhalten oder über Regeln, wie dem Verbot der Mitnahme von Haustieren hinwegsetzen. Bei uns waren vorhandene Wolldecken voll mit Tierhaaren.
Wir haben dennoch den Urlaub genossen und die Enkelkinder waren traurig als es zurück nach Hause ging.

Wir waren zu zweit, mit unseren Hunden für eine Woche hier. Sehr schön eingerichtetes Feriendomizil. Alles ist in einem wirklichem Top Zustand. Es ist alles vorhanden, es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Zudem liegt das Haus in einer sehr schönen Ferienanlage. Den Strand von Ouddorp erreicht man fußläufig in 10 Minuten. Mit unseren Hunden konnten wir sehr schöne Spaziergänge am Strand oder in der näheren Umgebung machen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man alle unmittelbar in Ouddorp. Einfach gesagt, für uns war es eine perfekte Woche und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Auf den Matratzen konnte man sehr gut schlafen. Das Haus ist von einem größeren Garten umgeben und nachts sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet ; die Sitzecke aus einer dreiteiligen Ledergarnitur äußerst bequem. Die Heizung funktionierte sehr gut. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt mitten im Nordseepark und zum Brötchen holen im Supermarkt am Eingang braucht man 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Strand mit den attraktiven Strandpavillons sind es da. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. 2 Tennisplätze und ein großer Spielplatz runden das Angebot ab.
